How’s It Work?
A licensee within the company chooses a full time active agent to refer their client to. Compensation is then paid based on the referral agreement upon satisfactory closing of the transaction. Once payment is received by the brokerage, payment is then disbursed to the agent.
What are my costs to be a member?
There is an annual fee of $100 paid every January. Annual fee is reduced to $50 if initial affiliation payment is made in the second half of the calendar year. In addition, there is a transfer fee charged by the licensing state to change brokerages.
How can I be a part of this company?

What are the referral splits?
Simple and easy. No hidden fees! You are paid out on a true 70/30 split.
For example: Payment Example:
$200,000 – sale price
$6,000 – 3% buyer side commission
$1,500 – 25% referral commission received
$450 – 30% paid to Broker
$1,050 – 70% paid to Licensee
What is the standard referral fee asking percentage?
There is no standard, the referral percentage is based off the negotiated amount between you and the referral agent/broker.
If I am not an active agent, what do I need to do to reactivate my license?
Any inactive license must be renewed and all continuing education requirements completed as required by your licensing state.
What is needed from me in order to get paid on my referral?
We will need a copy of your signed referral agreement and commission check from the closed transaction.
What if I don’t know anyone to send my referral to?
